Welcome to Monet Dale Jewellery! I'm thrilled to have you here. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

2. Products

All my jewellery is handcrafted with love and care, so each piece is unique and may have slight variations from the images. I strive to describe materials and details as accurately as possible.

All precious metal items are hallmarked in accordance with UK law. This guarantees the authenticity and purity of the metals used in your jewellery. The hallmark will be placed on your piece to ensure it meets the Assay Office standards.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP. While I try to keep prices consistent, I reserve the right to change them without notice. Prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes. Payments are accepted through secure payment gateways, and full payment is required at purchase to ensure your order is processed smoothly.

4. Shipping

I ship to the UK only. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your chosen service. Shipping is fully insured, and all deliveries must be signed for. I aim to dispatch orders quickly, but please remember that shipping carriers may sometimes cause delays beyond my control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of my items, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged, please get in touch with me within seven days for a repair, replacement, or refund. Your satisfaction is important to me!

6. Custom Orders

I love creating bespoke pieces! Here's how it works:

  • Consultation: We'll discuss your vision, budget, and timeline.
  • Design: I'll create design sketches for your approval.
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to start.
  • Creation: I'll keep you updated throughout the process.
  • Completion: Once your piece is ready, the remaining balance is due.

Please note that once I have started work on your piece, changes to an order may incur additional costs.

7. Ring Sizing

Getting the right fit is crucial! Here's how to ensure your ring fits perfectly:

  • Sizing kit: Order my ring sizing kit for measurements. I do not advise this as the preferred route, as taking your own measurements could result in inaccuracy.
  • Jeweller: Visit a local jeweller or Goldsmith for a professional measurement. (Advised route) 
  • Guides: Use my online ring riding guide, but be aware that at-home methods may not be as accurate. If your ring doesn’t fit perfectly, contact me to discuss resizing options. Resizing may come at your own cost.

8. Jewellery Care

To keep your jewellery looking beautiful:

  • Cleaning: Gently clean with a soft cloth. Avoid chemicals.
  • Storage: Store in a dry, cool place, preferably in the box or pouch provided.
  • Wear: Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or vigorous activities.
  • Maintenance: Regularly check for loose stones or wear. Please feel free to contact me for repairs or maintenance tips.

All content on this website, including designs, images, and text, is the intellectual property of Monet Dale. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.
